«Our philosophy is to offer our customers a wide selection of wines from the best areas of Italy.»

Vinification and aging for five generations. Strong roots and an eye towards the future.

We have bottled wines from more than one hundred vintages. We know the finest Italian grapes and we enhance them to satisfy our customers, who share the joy of being together.

We operate in a global market that appreciates Italian wine and always has new requirements. We want to respond to these with solidity and loyalty, to build relationships of trust that are at least as long as our history.

We like to grow and improve, like wine which gets better with age. We are guided by deep-rooted values, such as environmental, social and economic sustainability, which inspire us every day to treat people with respect and attention.

Quality

To ensure the ever-increasing quality of our wines, we rely on rigorous organoleptic analyses during all stages of the process.

Over time, we have achieved and renewed the international BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety) and IFS (International Food Standards) certifications with excellent scores, confirming our daily attention to food safety, origin and genuineness, traceability and management of allergens.

Innovation

The excellence of Cantine Pirovano branded products is also achieved by our high technological standards.

Latest generation 4.0 instruments and machinery have improved the performance of the bottling lines, while other innovative and modern equipment facilitates the activities in the cellar and the laboratory. We are also engaged in continuous research and training, to make actions more effective and informed.

Territory

Our company is located on the hills near the Adda, in Arlate di Calco, in the hills of Brianza in the province of Lecco.

Our love for the territory is evident in our selection of wines, which respects the work of the winemakers on their lands, providing products that are unique in their care and quality. Since 1997, we have been working the beautiful vineyards in the Terre Bentivoglio estate in Oltrepò Pavese, where the grapes are cultivated.

Sustainability

We are serious about our attention to the environment and this translates into real actions that we want to continue to implement.

The company has as its clear direction the use of renewable energy sources, the progressive reduction of the environmental impact, and the creation of constant value over time for the company. This is for all those who work with us every day, for those who choose Cantine Pirovano products and for future generations.
