Climbing up the hills of Oltrepò will soon reveal a modern vine-growing area with ancient traditions.
The Oltrepò Pavese is certainly the best known area in the country, thanks also to the courage
and dedication of operators who have firmly undertaken to achieve a high
level of quality.
This is the homeland of great red wines, such as Barbera, Bonarda and Sangue di Giuda, where also some whites,
such as Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero, have conquered their rightful positions.
