Cantine Pirovano achieved and renewed BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety) and IFS (International Food Standards) required internationally by all major retailers (even with unannounced audits IFS).The Quality System has enabled the company to continually improve its range of products with special attention to the increasingly demanding consumer requirements in terms of food safety, authenticity, origin, traceability and management of allergens.
